Couples Counselling:

Kirrily really enjoys helping couples foster healthier communication skills and abilities to resolve ruptures through gentle and equal needs expression, to increase the overall emotional wellbeing of themselves and of their relationships. She also loves helping couples go from ‘Good to Great’!

It is also important to know that even just one person in the partnership can initiate and sustain huge positive changes in both their own mental health and that of their relationship.

Self-understanding, self-soothing and self-empowerment techniques are a game-changer in terms of assisting your relationship to thrive, but they also help you to remember the most important thing—that you don't need to rely on your partner (or anyone else) for your own happiness!
